London Square Dental Centre provides general, cosmetic, restorative, orthodontic, and emergency dental services. All treatments are provided by licensed dental professionals in accordance with the standards of the Alberta Dental Association and College (ADAC). Treatment plans are recommended based on clinical examination and professional judgement, and patients are encouraged to ask questions and understand their options before proceeding.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.
• We strive to see patients on time, but emergency cases may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience.

3. Payment and Insurance

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash, debit, major credit cards, and direct insurance billing where applicable.
• We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. However, insurance coverage varies and the patient is ultimately responsible for any balance not covered by their plan.
• 0% financing options are available for eligible patients. Terms and conditions apply.
• Fee estimates are provided as a courtesy and may vary based on actual treatment performed.

4. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical and dental history.
• Inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or allergies.
• Follow prescribed treatment plans and aftercare instructions.
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
• Treat our staff and other patients with respect.

5. Consent to Treatment

Before any treatment, you will be informed of the proposed procedure, its risks, benefits, and alternatives. Your written or verbal consent will be obtained as required. For minor patients, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
